Clinical Trials
Clinical trials are fundamental to the development of new therapies.
At Infinity, our clinical development strategy is to develop best-in-class therapies and make them available to patients as rapidly as possible. We collaborate with world-renowned clinical investigators and take an adaptive and innovative approach to clinical trial design to ensure that our clinical strategy is focused and streamlined.
We make our development decisions based on a rigorous scientific interpretation of clinical data, a growing understanding of the biology of our drug targets and the best interests of patients. Our focus is to expand the development of our drug candidates into additional indications, earlier lines of therapy and combination studies with other approved agents in order to broaden their market potential and enhance the lives of patients with difficult-to-treat diseases.
The following clinical trials for our investigational new drugs are currently enrolling patients:
- A Phase 2 Trial of Saridegib (IPI-926) in Patients with Metastatic or Locally Advanced Chondrosarcoma (Click here to view Infinity-sponsored information about participating in this trial)
- A Phase 1 Trial of Saridegib in Combination with Cetuximab in Patients with Recurrent Head and Neck Cancer (Investigator Sponsored)
