Professional Development

Professional development is a top priority at Infinity because we believe that the continual professional growth of our
Citizen-Owners is essential to our success as a company.

This development is so important that everyone — at all levels of the company — has a written development plan highlighting their career goals and outlining specific plans for achieving them. We take time each year – separate from our annual performance evaluations – to review and update each Citizen-Owner’s development plan based on the achievements of the past year and the goals for moving forward.

Professional development opportunities present themselves in many different ways, and we encourage Citizen-Owners to be creative in their approach to driving their professional growth. We encourage each member of the team to participate not only in offsite trainings and seminars, but also to take advantage of the many opportunities at Infinity to grow their skills. These opportunities include leading a project, participating on a cross-functional work team, presenting his or her work to a larger audience or attending one of our many internal training sessions designed to build skills needed for future success. Being a Citizen-Owner means being part of the Infinity community, but it also means learning new skills and taking on new challenges that align with your talents, personal interests and the company’s overall business needs.
