We literally have no closed doors at Infinity. Our open-seating environment reflects our values of innovation and transparent communication. Routine feedback from Citizen-Owners is one way we continuously improve. Each year, our Citizen-Owner survey assesses our strengths and identifies opportunities for improvement in areas such as leadership, communication, resources and professional development. - Infinity Unplugged
In addition to our formal company meetings, we periodically hold “Infinity Unplugged,” an informal meeting providing Citizen-Owners with a chance to hear from the executive leadership team. - Lunch Group
Every Tuesday, a group of Citizen-Owners rotate the role of chef. It’s a great way to catch up with one another over lunch.
